Not Your Mother's Oatmeal
(not that there's anything wrong with hers!)
Boil water (or milk) in a small saucepan then add oats. Turn heat to low medium and stir occasionally for 5-8 minutes. Add Toad Sweat. Remove from heat. Stir in dried fruit. Cover with lid and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Scoop into bowl and top with Zingin' Cranberry or Tinglin' Orange Toad Sweat. You may learn to love blood pressure and cholesterol-reducing oatmeal!
