Ingredients
- 500ml water/semi-skimmed milk
- 100g thick rolled oats
- 30ml Zingin' Cranberry or Tinglin' Orange Toad Sweat
- 1/4 cup raisins, dried cranberries or other dried fruit chopped finely if needed (optional)
Boil water (or milk) in a small saucepan then add oats. Turn heat to low medium and stir occasionally for 5-8 minutes. Add Toad Sweat. Remove from heat. Stir in dried fruit. Cover with lid and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Scoop into bowl and top with Zingin' Cranberry or Tinglin' Orange Toad Sweat. You love the zesty blood pressure and cholesterol-reducing oatmeal!
